How do I use the vending machine?
Stand in front of it and tell it your deepest snack desires. Just kidding!
Insert the required amount of money or payment method (e.g., coins, notes, credit card) into the designated slot.
Select your desired item by pressing the corresponding button on the keypad. The item should be dispensed shortly after your selection.

What is your refund policy?
Our no-nonsense refund policy – is simple – We refund your money back in full if paid by any other way other than cash. Where we are unable to attend to your refund due to a cash transaction, we will arrange an alternative which is convenient for you.
What do we do if a product gets jammed or the machine swallows the money without displaying the credit?
The first thing to do in this instance is RELAX – Vending Machines are just that, they are machines, much like cell-phones and or computers – They are not perfect.
Don’t attempt to shake or tilt the machine, instead contact our support line on the machine.We have tight monitoring measures in place and will be able to easily trace the issue back.

Why are your prices slightly more expensive than a retail store?
Ah, the vending machine conundrum! You see, around the globe, it’s a bit of a tradition for these trusty contraptions to charge a tad extra.
Why, you ask? Well, blame it on the pricey machinery, those pesky staff wages, the need for constant TLC, and of course, the sheer convenience they offer! It’s like a little service fee for our crunchy, munchy desires.
What do I do if the machine is out of stock or doesn’t have the product I want?
Unfortunately, there’s not much we can do immediately. You may want to consider trying a different product or contact our support team – we will get stock in asap.
Do we have a choice as to what products go in the machine?
We’re not quite at psychic vending machines yet, but feel free to drop us a whatsapp with your snack wishlist. No guarantees, but we’ll do our best to satisfy your unique nibbling cravings!
Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Our snack ninjas swoop in on a regular basis depending on how nibbly our customers are – which we monitor remotely.
